Database changes are key. One thing that needs to change is the layers of logins.
Right now there are two layers - staff and members. This should change to:
B) Main office staff
C) National Leadership
D) Division Leadership
Each should have differing levels of access to the members database. If you are a division leader, you should be able to get a full list of everyone in your division. If you are a national leader, you should be able to get anything you want. Main office staff and sysadmins should be able to get access to what they need.
