Harold Jarche

This taxonomy is interesting in that it shows (to me anyway) a progression from "Teacher either avoids technology or has no idea that it can be used in any other capacity" to "Teacher is fundamentally changed". However, the author clearly states that "this taxonomy is not about starting at a low level and moving to a higher one". If it's not, then I don't get it, because it seems to be a reasonable objective to move up the ladder. So tell me:

1. Am I missing something?
2. What data supports this taxonomy?

Also, I'm not a fan of Bloom's taxonomy as it's not based any valid data: see http://www.jarche.com/node/view/28

Thanks for pointing this out :-)
