Appropriately structured group work results in improved attitudes about learning with the contributions of team members.
Structured positive interdependence may be less necessary when other elements of cooperative learning are present.
Consideration should be given not only to increasing interactivity but also to maximizing meaningful exchanges in the fully online environment.
